Story
I am riding in the Blue Square Charity Cavalry Charge because it supports Racing Welfare and the Household Cavalry Casualties Fund. Racing Welfare helps the forgotten heroes of racing, the stable lads and lasses in times of injury and need, and the HCOCF supports the soldiers and families from The Household Cavalry who have been injured or killed in combat.
Having originally been an intended participant, my starlet daughter Eleanor has now agreed to start the race and to help administer oxygen to anyone who may need it after the event. Thoughtful girl !
