I'm leaving SAT-7 after 8.5 years. I've enjoyed my time there and wasn't planning to leave. Rather than a leaving event or present, I'm inviting anyone who would like too to make a donation to Adventure Therapy, the charity I volunteer for. 

As most of you know from my videos(!) I love mountain biking, kayaking and other adventure sports.

Adventure Therapy (www.adventuretherapy.org.uk) believes that every child and adult should have an opportunity to explore and discover - and to challenge their abilities. We help people with mental health conditions, physical disability, learning disability, life-limiting illnesses and life-changing conditions. 

Our activities are filled with emotion and take place on dramatic coastlines, vibrant moorland, in stunning forests and through the visceral power of the sea.
