Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. As many of you know we sadly lost Mac at only 8 years old to a condition called Gallbladder Mucocele. Whilst this can be treated through medicine unfortunately Mac’s condition was too far advanced and despite an operation at the Royal Dick Vet school sadly did not make it. If you are a Border Terrier owner please look up the condition as I had never heard of it previously.

Mac was the ultimate pub dog and loved nothing more than making new friends over a pint or two. His all time favourite place was our local taproom at the Bellfield Brewery. Our lovely friends there are putting on a special beer in memory of Mac with a donation being made to the Edinburgh Cat and Dog home for each pint sold. 

Mac made many friends across the globe (mainly through his twitter account @macbark) who enjoyed following his pub based adventures. If you want to #raiseaglasstomac and help less fortunate furs in the process please consider making a wee donation. Just the cost of a beer or a coffee.
