A team of 13 from McDermott Will & Emery are taking on the 3 peaks challenge on June 16th to support the Charlotte Leatherbarrow Foundation. The 3 Peaks Challenge is one of the UK's best known mountain challenge events, which involves climbing the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales. These are Snowdon - 1085m, Scafell Pike - 978m and Ben Nevis - 1344m. The aim is to complete all 3 mountains within 24 hours.

The Charlotte Leatherbarrow Foundation was set up in the memory of Charlotte Leatherbarrow, a promising dancer who was tragically killed

at the age of 12 in a road accident last year.  At the time of her

death Charlotte was performing on Billy Elliot.  Her parents have set

up the foundation to help young people realise their potential in the

performing arts by educating, training and mentoring young people who

would not otherwise have the privilege or necessary financial support.
