The Huracan Foundation is my school's current charity. A fantastic charity which works to help improve children's educational outcomes around the world through the power of football.

While I am homeschooling during the lockdown there isn't any opportunity for team sports and so I have decided to do something completely different to raise money for this brilliant charity. A Courageous Cook Off.

I will be cooking something EVERY day that I am homeschooling. I will be attempting puddings, and main meals as well as teat-time treats and I will be doing all the cooking (apart from working with sharp knives and dangerous oven manoeuvres!)

12 days of term have already passed and so I will be using the weekends to catch up.

I will post pictures of all my creations as I carry on with the challenge. I hope you will enjoy looking at the pictures and support this wonderful charity through me.
