**UPDATE** - within 24 hours and with 6 weeks to go until we even start this, we are only £14 from our original target of £500! We can’t thank all of those who have donated enough - you are all legends! We’re sure these donations will be greatly received by Police Care UK and will help them in their support of the police family. With so long still to go, we’d like to be able to be able to donate as much as possible for this fantastic and worthwhile cause so I’ll up our target a little to £750. Officers from Milton Keynes Incident and Crime Response Team 4 will be completing a cycle to raise money for Police Care UK throughout the month of MAY 2021. The aim is for all participating officers to complete the entire distance between every police station in the Thames Valley Police area. Each route has been mapped for a distance and each officer will complete the distance (or further if their legs can take it!). The total distance of the challenge is 327 miles covering routes to/from 35 police stations in 3 counties. The rides will take place on indoor exercise bikes or outside in the local area.

Many people have struggled over the last 12 months including the many thousands of Police Officers and Police staff that have worked throughout the COVID pandemic. Our goal is to raise at least £500 to fund Police Care UK who offer support to serving and former police members (see their brief below). Together we can support the police colleagues who are still working tirelessly to ensure the safety and well-being of the public. #ProtectTheProtectors
