MHA Communities West London (previously Northwood Live at Home) has been supporting the older community through various social activities including Friendship groups, coffee mornings, lunch clubs, seated yoga and exercise classes, outings, holidays and intergenerational activities for over 20 years, however due to Covid 19 we have had to significantly reduce our activities during the various lockdowns and restrictions.

We have gradually restarted activities, and are not yet back to pre-Covid levels but we are still working to support and connect with older people in the community.

Northwood Live at Home and Ealing Live at Home were combined to become MHA Communities West London so we are now reaching out to people over a larger area, working together to support over 350 people.

We are trying to encourage people to venture out again, many are anxious and afraid having been isolated and often inactive for almost two years, which for many has reduced their mobility and also shaken their confidence.

If you re able to make a donation, however small, we will use it to support our members across Hillingdon and Ealing to become more active, re-engage with activities and spend time with old friends, and make new ones
