Jacqui was one of the longest serving members of ICT having worked in the team for more than 25 years. Jacqui held various positions throughout that time playing a key role in the adoption of email across the organisation from ccmail through to Lotus Notes. More recently she worked on a project with MFour print solutions before returning to ICT to support the Lotus Notes system.
