Future Frontiers supports disadvantaged young people to discover their career aspirations, realise their potential at school and achieve post-16 qualifications tat build towards secure and fulfilling employment. The charity delivers a two -year programme of personalised career coaching and guidance to support 14 -16 year old's through the post-16 transition into further education or training, which is a critical point in a young person's education journey.
