I can share posts against the injustice for those who have suffered such as George Floyd and so many more who have been mistreated. However, speaking up isn’t enough and I want to do more. It’s small in the grand scheme of things but every voice in a crowd adds power so I hope you will all support me by either donating to my fundraising page or by sharing this post to continue raising awareness for the Equal Justice Initiative, Black Lives Matter and the ongoing battles against racial discrimination. I work at a bar, I love a few drinks (or more...) with my friends and family, and there’s nothing like a refreshing margarita in the sunshine. For the entire month of June I’m challenging myself to go completely sober to fundraise for EJI (Equal Justice Initiate) which works towards criminal justice reform, racial justice and public education.
