As you've read, we're cycling the London to Brighton in September.

Why? You might ask, well we're supporting Child Bereavement UK. This is an amazing charity supporting families; both parents and children suffering the loss of a child, they do this around the country. As well as direct support, they provide training and materials for hospitals, schools etc.

All we want is for you to give whatever you can to support us and the charity.

Because, let's be honest..

It's not everyday Lydia would cycle 10 miles, let alone 50. :P
