Hello Beautiful friends,

DARE TO BE DIFFERENT is what Luanna has led me to!!! She teaches me to stop the urge to fit in and to breathe as I learn to stand out. 

Luanna is a bright and ALIVE little girl ( not so little anymore). Luanna is FULL OF ENERGY ! She loves to play all day long.  She loves to  sing, dance and CREATE LIFE in general. She is herself! 

 Luanna is almost 12 years old !!! She was diagnosed with  a rare syndrome called Baraitser-winter syndrome that changed the course of our lives quite significantly ... For Better !  

Luanna has been teaching us SOUL much in life. As you get to know Luanna, you truly understand the POWER OF NOW . She teaches us all how to be present and how to breathe when things seem out of control.

As part of Luanna's challenges she started having  ongoing seizures in the last couple of years and it has been very challenging for us.  So many factors to take into account as she is getting closer to become a teenager!  However, we managed to find ways to manage it all and we are doing well.  

Luckily, financially we are able to help and support  Luanna in her journey.  However, there are many people with epilepsy that aren't that lucky.  So your donation is very important to me. 

I have shaved my head on the 14th February  as a personal challenge for my own self, and as a way to ask you for help. Raising funds  will also help to raise awareness of epilepsy.

Luanna is NOT DEAD!  But she brings life and "death" on a daily basis to me. By teaching me on a daily basis how to allow my stubborn and inflexible opinions  and judgements to "die". Bringing back more life!  Living in Lulu Land forever !
