Story
In September 2010 I was fortunate enough to be part of a great team at Mammoth Pictures in Leeds for the upcoming ITV series 'Monroe' - starring James Nesbitt, Sarah Parish and Tom Riley. The series centres itself around a group of doctors dealing with the 'ins and outs' of hospital life in both the neurosurgical depts and cardio depts. This includes many different conditions and diagnosis and during the making of the series we all learnt a great deal about what life is like to be a doctor with people's lives at stake and also, more importantly, what it can be like for patients suffering from different lesions of the brain and the heart. The people we met and those who helped our journey along the way were invaluable and I can't thank them enough. It makes me proud to know or have once known them and their inspiring strength and will.
