As you probably know, we lost our lovely Dad/husband/son four years ago in a cycling accident. It has been really important for me since then to not let this stop me getting on a bike! As you also probably know, I am not the world's sportiest person and I never thought that I would be able to do something like this. My main goal is to prove to myself that I can do it, but if there is possibility of raising money at the same time then why not? 

Looking after vulnerable children was close to my dad's heart, and is something that I also feel very strongly about. The consequences of natural disasters and wars disproportionately affect children and MSF are a worthwhile charity who provide medical support to disaster-stricken and war-torn areas. Please consider donating some money!
