On Thursday 13th August, Mum moved to Michael Sobell House and received the most amazing care anyone could ask their loved one to receive. They catered to her every need, from foot massages and manicures to specific meals and general chit chat. The staff were kind and caring and you never met a member of staff who was having a bad day. You could not fault the care she received. 

She passed away on Tuesday 25th August surrounded by her family. We were given time and memories with her which we would of never been able to have had she been in a hospital; due to COVID 19. 

One of mums colleagues wrote her a letter while she was in the hospice, The closing line was ‘Lisa, you are one of life’s gems’. That is exactly how I would describe her.
