Story
Theatre not only entertains and enchants the audience, it fires the imagination, giving children the skills, curiosity and creativity they need to understand the complex world we live in.
The Coronavirus pandemic means that The Theatre Royal, Plymouth have had to close their doors to the public for the first time in their 37 years.
They need our help now more than ever to keep the theatre going through this tough time when their stages are dark and their workshops are empty.
Since the first announcement that TRP would have to close they have been supporting their staff, including casual workers, freelance artists and practitioners. Without shows and audiences, TRP have no income to help them bring theatre back to Plymouth.
I understand that this is a difficult time for everyone, but if you could please make a small donation, they’ll be there to ignite your child’s imagination once again when this is all over.
