Our Time is asking you to take on the #MoveForYourMood exercise challenge! Physical activity can have a massive impact on our mood. Just 10-20 minutes a day will improve well-being and help prevent the development of mental health problems. It will get your body jumping, your heart pumping and your mood LIFTED!
Not only will you feel better at the end of the programme, but you will have also supported children and young people whose parents have a mental illness.
