I am supporting Headway Essex in their Christmas 35 Campaign along with my twin sister Kerry who suffered a ruptured Brain Aneurysm in 2017. 

Headway Essex are celebrating 35 years of work in the Essex Community by asking us to raise or donate £35. Your campaign gift today will ensure Headway Essex's tomorrow.

For the next 35 days Kerry will be walking and I will running covering 35 miles each. With Kerry's dodgy eye's and my dodgy knees we will get there together raising money in memory of our Grandad Albert who was also supported by Headway Essex.
