I'm not a great runner but this year I am entering the Macmillan 10k Fun Run in Regents Park on June 19th AND the ASICS British 10k London Run on July 10th. I am doing this to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, the charity that seeks to improve the lives of all those affected by cancer.

I know that these days we are all bombarded with requests like this but all I can say is that I've worked at Macmillan for the last year and truly believe in the work that they do. If you want to see more check out http://www.macmillan.org.uk.
