Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I am running the Yorkshire Marathon in aid of Bowel Cancer Research in memory of my colleague/friend Nathan Giles who sadly lost a short battle with Bowel Cancer last year at the tender age of 31, I for one thought it was a disease that affected older people but that is not the case, if you notice any changes don't waste time, visit your GP, the earlier it is detected the more chance you will have of recovering.
