SPONSOR ME!!!!! I'M GONNA BE IN AGONY THIS FRI!

It's our Help For Heroes day this Fri 14th Oct and I've decided that whilst doing our hometime show..... I'm gonna be SPINNING!!!!! For 4 HOURS!!!! (The boss kindly extended our show by 1 hour)

If you don't believe me, go to realradio.co.uk this Fri, where you will see me peddling away on our webcam. I don't doubt for a single second that this is gonna really, really hurt and push me to my limits so please, please dig deep and sponsor me.
