This year Llysfaen Primary School have decided to raise money for a local Welsh charity - Holibobs. We will still be recognising Children in Need's fundraising day, but we will be sending the money to a different well-worthy charity.

Holibobs is a charity that supports Children with Cancer or Leukaemia. When a child is diagnosed with Cancer a family's world is turned upside down. It is frightening as the once healthy child is replaced by a very sick child & normal family life is replaced by endless days in hospital. Time away becomes crucial however families often struggle financially & are not in the position to fund breaks away. This is where Holibobs can help by making a child's holiday wish come true and by providing families with precious time away together.
