Story

Wow thanks guys for all the shares and donations. Been low on time today so #thebodycoach Joe to the rescue with his cardio hitt. looking forward to Saturday. X

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you guys all know i love the cardiff half and will be running again this year.  This year i have decided to run for the charity  Believe.

This charity has been established by a person named Anna-Louise Bates, i have never met Anna although consider her to be a truly remarkable person. She has shown such strength and courage in creating Believe following the tragic loss of her husband Stuart and son Fraser.

Personally i support organ donation and my details are on the register. This charity aims to encourage discussion and provide support to families/carers regarding organ donation.

For further details on how to access this charity please email bear@believe-ods.org.uk
