Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 30 May I’ll be raising funds for the Battle Cancer Program in memory of my daughter, Sarah, who we lost to cancer at just 40 years old earlier this year.

As I turn 70 I thought it would be a good idea to deadlift 70kg, 70 times. I’ll be taking on this challenge at Go Train East Rocks, Dunbar amongst the woods in our wonderful outdoor gym.

Liz is part of the Go Train East Rocks Soar programme which has been training older athletes since 2019.
