Lisa's Various Challenges in 2022

Fundraising for Isle of Man Breast Care
Well 2020 wasn’t quite as expected, in more ways the one...
So to kick 2020 in the butt and welcome in 2021 I’m aiming to do a number of challenges during the year. Compared to some of my previous challenges - cycling Lands End to John O Groats or running the Thames Tow Path 100k - my 2021 challenges may not be quite as iconic but they will push me forward to full recovery and hopefully raise some money for charity.
The charity I’ve chosen is Isle of Man Breast Care, a small but amazing charity that does great things like providing direct support both emotionally and financially to breast cancer patients and their families.
The first challenge is to walk 50 miles in January 2021, in my head this sounded quite doable, however as I’m isolating from 14th for 14 days and can no longer go out for exercise... So I’ll be wearing in a trench around the garden.
It would be fantastic if some of you are able to support me by walking with me virtually, for this particular challenge or by sponsoring me by using my JustGiving link.
Anyway I’ve prattled on enough... 😊 I’ll keep you all posted of other challenges I’ll be doing in 2021. Again I hope you will be able to support in some way - taking part with me, a kick up the bum to keep me going or some sponsorshIp.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
