In loving memory of Tommy Davies, a husband, Father and Grandfather who loved his family and would always have a smile on his face, even when he was not feeling well.

The North West ambulance service were amazing and as a family we would like donations to be made to the charity in rememberance to Tommy, and to support the amazing work they do on a day to day basis.

He will be sadly missed but is now at peace, we love you forever
