On the 5th May I will be running the Bristol 10k to help raise money for the TCT South-West appeal and get a teenage cancer unit up and running in Bristol.

There's going to be over a 100 of us there running for Ella Redman, to cary on an ambition of hers to make life a little easier for young people with cancer. 

Whilst being treated for Cancer herself, Ella spent nights being treated on a ward where the average age was over double hers. Ella was passionate about getting a teenage cancer unit set up in Bristol, where people between aged 18-24 could be treated together enabling them to feel a little more familiar in an environment that can be pretty damn isolating.
