The Life Skills Academy is run by the charity Lifeworks, working with children and young people with learning difficulties.  The Academy's students are between the ages of 12 years and 18 years, and the students attend the classes on a weekly basis.  It is a great opportunity to meet friends, develop social skills, and learn life skills such as ironing, making packed lunches and using public transport.  The Academy works towards encouraging these young people to be as independent as possible.  We can only continue providing these classes with funding from you, so please donate what you can - every little really does help us.
