In memory of 2 incredible girls - my wife Laura Daniels (nee Witheridge) and her sister Hannah Witheridge. Both unbelievably beautiful inside and out. The pair of them achieved greatness in lives which were unfairly cut short - Laura was 30 when she suddenly passed away 16.9.19 and Hannah was 23 when we lost her 15.9.14. 

I took up doing fitness after Laura passed away and found (alongside family and friends) it’s been key for my well-being and personal growth.

2024 I’m taking on my toughest physical challenge yet, IronmanWales. A long distance triathlon consisting of:

• 2.4 mile (3.8km) Sea swim 
• 112 mile (180km) Bike
• 26.2 mile (42km) Run  

I’m excited and nervous at the time, it’s going to be a huge challenge but and I will be giving it everything I have. 

I’ve decided to raise money this time for Nelson’s Journey, a fantastic local charity to me that supports children and young people who’ve experienced the death of a significant person. Any donations are greatly appreciated.
