We are supporting the R Charity, the fundraising charity of The Royal University Hospital in Liverpool through a sponsored SkyDive and Abseil

Why ? "The Royal" provides specialist hospital services to communities all around the Leigh Arms as well as in Merseyside and a new Royal is opening in 2017.

The aim is to raise money for extra special additional equipment to make a visit to the hospital as comfortable (and short) as possible for patients and family. The aim is to create a hospital that provides services over and above NHS standards. 

The Leigh Arms has a brilliant history of fundraising for good causes led by the Manager Jo Higham. Over the last few years they have raised money for for Meningitis UK, St Luke's Hospice  through amazing annual events such as the really popular American Style Wrestling Show and the really cool ‘Rhythm on the River ’ Charity Music Festival.
