On September 1st and 2nd I am taking part in the Edrington Epic 3 Denmark cycle event in Copenhagen and raising funds for Giving More International which after double matching will donate this money to nominated charities - the Beatson Cancer Charity (Scotland) and Hellebro (Denmark). For every £10 I raise, the charities will get £30, if you can spare anything for these amazing charities it would be very much appreciated thank you.
