Leah has decided to have her long hair cut off to raise money for cancer research and donate the hair to the little princes trust who provide wigs to children with cancer. Please donate what you can. As, well, if you know leah, you know she loves her hair!

She decided to do this after a conversation we had about cancer, the treatment and what that entails (particularly chemotherapy). When she found out the wigs are made from donated hair she said she can send her hair off when she gets it cut.

 I explained that the hair has to be long for them to be able to use it and after a little thought, and much to my surprise, she decided she still wants to do it and will have her hair cut to shoulder length!

 Cancer, unfortuately, has been a hot topic in our house as of recently and she has seen both positive and negative outcomes of the awful disease...and wants more positive outcomes! This can only be achieved by raising money to fund the research that needs to be carried out and leah wants to help. Even if its a couple of quid, it all adds up!
