I started working at the Children's Law Center ten years ago. It is an incredible nonprofit organization - the largest nonprofit law firm in the nation. And, this year, we're celebrating 30 years of excellence in advocacy!  

I love the work we do for our 33,000+ children and youth in the Los Angeles, Sacramento and Placer county foster care system, advocating for them in and out of court. 

Our clients are bright, determined and resilient. And they deserve to have every opportunity any other child would have to succeed in life - access to food, education, stable housing and more! 

Due to COVID-19, we're hosting a virtual celebration on November 12, 2020!  We hope you'll join the free livestream of our event. We've got a fun show planned for everyone, hosted by actor/comedian/The Price Is Right host - Drew Carey. You'll hear from our Executive Director, our clients and our staff (including me)!

In honor of our 30th anniversary, we are collecting donations of every amount. All proceeds will support CLCs Client Needs Fund, which provides direct support to meet the unmet needs of our young clients! Each donation of $30 provides one automatic entry into our random chance drawings! A donation of $100 provides four automatic entries into our random chance drawings!
