I am going to be doing 100 squats a day for 35 days starting 17th April. On day 36 I am going to finish strong with 360 squats. I wanted to raise awareness about haemophilia something I had never heard of until my aunty and 1 year nephew found out they have it. Here is just a bit on my nephews story. 

Hi 👋 my name is Lucca and I have Severe Haemophilia B a rare bleeding disorder.

Haemophilia's don't bleed faster but we do bleed for longer as our body's struggle to clot properly. Haemophilia is a life long condition that can be managed with the right medication.

My body has an inhibitor which means it destroys the medication my body needs. I'll start my next chapter in my Hemo journey which will be Immune Tolerance Induction (ITI)
