I'm hiking for Health + Justice! I'm excited to take on the first ever Epic Trail Challenge, sponsored by Santa Rosa Community Health (SRCH). We are going to hike 20+ miles in one day, all on local trails in Sonoma County, to raise funds and awareness for our mission-driven organization.

Through the Epic Trail Challenge, I am raising money for SRCH so we can continue to make a difference in lives of those in our community who most need medical, dental, and mental health services.  For nearly 25 years, SRCH has prioritized being "the people's" health care providers, providing culturally respectful and relevant health care for people of all races and backgrounds. Every day, we open the doors of our 8 campuses to deliver medical, dental and mental health care for over 42,000 people. (That is 1 in 4 people in Santa Rosa!) We preserved through the wildfires and continued to serve this community we love in epic ways.  Now we are on the front lines of the COVID pandemic. The communities we serve are disproportionately affected by COVID and we are striving to meet the physical, mental, and social needs of a community who needs our support now more than ever. 

I work for this wonderful organization so that everyone in my community has the opportunity for a full and healthy life.
