Anyone that knows me and my family knows my son Tyler suffers with life threatening allergies to nuts (peanuts, macadamia nuts, brazil nuts and walnuts).

We found out when he was 14months old. He had a severe reaction to peanut butter and an ambulance had to attend. He had another severe reaction when he touched a walnut when he was 5, age5. We used his epi pen for the first time and he had to have another ambulance.

So many people do not understand the seriousness of allergies and do not act cautiously enough. I want to raise awareness for Tyler and other families who have to deal with allergies.
