Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am running with a diverse team of 25 runners with ages ranging from 25-50. Our running group consists of 5 runners who have learning disabilities alongside friends and family of varying running experiences.
Why are we running?
94% of people with learning disabilities are unemployed. We are running to change this statistic! We represent diversity, equality and inclusion and want to show just what men and women with learning disabilities are capable of! Not just running marathons but how they can be skilled workers and valued members of our communities.
Where will donations go?
All donations will go to the Goed Life charity in Northamptonshire that works to fund training, supported internships and care for men and women with learning disabilities.
