As someone who experienced parental loss as a young teen, I am fundraising for Cruse Scotland to support those navigating grief and all its complexities.

Cruse Scotland provide free specialist bereavement listening and counselling services, so that those needing support receive the right help at the right time, building resilience and improving wellbeing.

Doing this one for me, my three wonderful siblings, my Super-Dad and of course in memory of my most beautiful Mum ❤. I'll also be running alongside/behind my two brothers - i need all the motivation i can get so please donate!
