Story

Lara Weston passed away on Tuesday 17th June aged 22.

Lara died following an epileptic seizure on Monday morning, which hit her as she got up in her own flat to go to work at the new office apprenticeship she loved at Eastleigh College. In the past few months she had achieved more independence than before.

Lara felt the full force of her condition, and the uncertainty it left her with, for 14 years. She just wanted control over her own life. We hope that any donations to the work of Epilepsy Research UK will go some way to achieving that for others.

Lara became an organ donor. She may have changed many lives.
