A team of intrepid adventurers from Langland will be coming together to abseil the ArcelorMittal Orbit in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park - the UK's HIGHEST free-fall abseil - on Friday 24th September 2021 in aid of my AFK.

my AFK is a relatively small, national charity working with disabled children, young people and their families. They work hard to remove the barriers to independence faced by so many young disabled people by providing specialist mobility equipment, real work experience & essential life skills training. We have been lucky enough to see many of the positive things that happen around Action For Kids but if you want to know more and see some real life stories head to the website - www.actionforkids.org
