We support the victims of the war to relieve their suffering

Story

On the 19th May the Savills Land Team will be (walking) a marathon in aide of the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. As news reports seem to worsen on a daily basis, the Land Team are keen to do their bit and raise money to help support the displaced people of Ukraine.

We will be raising money on behalf of British-Ukrainian Aid, a charity directly supporting those suffering from the ongoing war and humanitarian crisis in Ukraine.

The Challenge

The 26.2 mile (42.2 km) route will begin at the Savills head office on Margaret Street and we'll be visiting a number of different Savills offices along the way. We'll be carrying a collection jar around with us and so any spare change lying around would be more than welcome!

The route we'll be following is:

  • Margaret Street (Head Office) - St John's Wood Office
  • St John's Wood Office  - Hampstead Office
  • Hampstead Office - Islington Office
  • Islington Office - Hackney Wick Office
  • Hackney Wick Office - Canary Wharf Office
  • Canary Wharf Office - Westminster Office
  • Westminster Office - Chelsea Office
  • Chelsea Office - Sloane Street Office
  • Sloane Street Office - The Surprise Pub

We're not the fittest bunch and there will definitely be some sore legs towards the end, but any donation big or small would be greatly appreciated and will make it all worthwhile for those final few miles!! In addition, if you'd like to come and meet up and walk some of the way with us, we'd be delighted!

We'll be finishing at The Surprise Pub, Chelsea, SW3 at around 18:00 where we'd love to raise a glass with some friendly faces!
