Well here we go.......Over the next year or so me & my husband have decided to take on as many fitness challenges as we can to raise money for the wonderful Bulldog Rescue!!! Mark is mega fit & he decided for our first challenge we will take on the Back 2 The Trenches The Big Push Run! This involves lots of not very nice obsticals including lots of mud, water, steep climbs & falls...... I am an Essex Girl & I am not built for this kind of thing..... I am much more suited to hairdressers, beauty salons & shopping so I know this is really going to push me to my limit but with the help from my wonderful trainers at Unique Results in Chelmsford & the support from my wonderful husband I know I will give this my all & smash it!!!
