Thank you for supporting me on this run and helping me to raise money in aid of the Alzheimer’s society
The Alzhimers Society not only provide help and support for suffers of the disease but also supports their relatives as well as funding important research that will help to improve the quality of life for people with dementia so please pass this on so we can raise as much as we can for such a worthwhile cause
As some may know I lost my grandmother to Alzhimers back in 1999 after a number of years with the disease however, its a recent article which made me want to do more to help sufferers and their relatives

Even with my experience of this disease I cant even begin to imagine what this woman and her family are going through but I do know how even a little support can be such a big releif
