Stuart is training for a bike ride in  late January in order to raise funds for Childline and Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy.  Nordoff Robbins have no guaranteed income so they need to raise £3 million from scratch every year to continue to operate, and they donate half of everything they raise to Childline. To do this they rely on the efforts of fundraising events like these, and as a group we are looking to raise £200,000 through this Egyptian cycle ride. 

The ride itself is a challenging 3 days in the desert heat, starting in Egypt's Aswan and then on to Philae, passing through villages along the banks of the Nile traversing the border of the desert and the green irrigated areas along the river, then carrying on throug the Valley of the Kings and finishing at Luxor (Thebes)
