Story
The notion of seeking knowledge is highly emphasised by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ so much so that we are encourage to seek knowledge even if we have to travel as far as China. Therefore, it can be seen as fulfilling a requirement that we actively go out to seek knowledge from reputable institutions and Scholars. Cambridge Muslim College provides teaching, training and research that is both rooted in Islamic tradition and responsive to the nature and needs of modern society. Our work supports the development of dynamic and positive leadership for Muslims living in Britain and around the world.
It has been 10 years since Cambridge Muslim College opened their doors to students who want to fulfil their intellectual curiosity from all around the UK and since then, CMC students have moved around in different fields and avenues to help their communities. Therefore, supporting these kinds of institutions does not only facilitate a space and a means by which students of knowledge can immerse themselves into, but it also gives YOU the opportunity to witness such a great cause in nurturing young, British Muslim thinkers who are able to contextual their islamic studies and tackle contemporary issues that British Muslims are facing in the 21st century.
Ramadhan, not only is it a time of receiving the great bounties and blessings from Allah but also a time for us to give generously and support our fellow Muslims by sharing the blessings given to us. Cambridge Muslim College holds a special place in my heart as it has helped nurture me intellectually in order for me to understand contemporary issues, yet also being rooted in Traditional Islamic Scholarship. This Ramadhan, help me in supporting this intuition to carry on facilitating this unique work that they are currently doing and by your small change and donation we hope to make a big difference in facilitating spaces for young Muslims to grow in a space that is rooted in traditional Islamic scholarship.
May Allah bless your Ramadhan!
