Rather than receive gifts for my birthday I am keen to raise money for the Edinburgh Food Project to help fund their work providing food for those in need. Given the escalating costs of living, these services are unfortunately going to be needed more than ever over coming months. 

“Our mission is to provide emergency food supplies and support to people in crisis, while workingwith people, communities, and our partner agencies to address the underlying causes of foodpoverty. We do this by operating eight foodbank centres across the City of Edinburgh, which provideemergency food supplies, and our More Than Food: Money Advice and Mental Health & WellbeingProject, which helps address the underlying causes of food poverty.”
