Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) are a health charity supporting people and their families across Scotland with chest, heart and stroke conditions. They work hard to make sure life living with a chest or heart condition or after a stroke is a life lived to the full.  

Across Scotland, over 1 million people – that's one in five of the population – are living with the effects of serious chest and heart conditions and stroke.  CHSS provide vital services and research and focus on making sure everyone in Scotland gets the care and support they need, when and where they need it.

CHSS are a charity close to both our hearts (if you’ll pardon the pun) and we would be delighted if you helped us raise some much needed funds to support their fantastic work in honour of our big day!
