Story

Hello my lovelies,

I've decided to do something good and try my best to raise some money for an amazing cause; the Safe Haven Children's trust. They run an orphanage for the under 5's in Cambodia (which currently has no State provision for them) which gives these children the start in life they truly deserve - a loving and protecting home. Please check out their links below and look at the videos, it really is an amazing place that makes such a difference.

I've decided to do this by way of a sponsored 'slimathon'. I'm currently 23st 2lb (yes, I know I carry it well!). My goal is to get under the 20st mark (a territory I have not been in for 20+ years). I have set my time limit to June and will be doing it by a mixture of good nutrition, dieting and lots and lots of exercise (mainly boxing training). I had considered, briefly, cheating by going down the amputation route but have decided against it  ; )

If you can please make a donation, of any size, Just Giving will send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

As an added incentive for me, if I fail I will PERSONALLY refund any money that you have kindly donated! (eek).

Thank you so much x

Kim
