Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

I commenced running during lockdown 2020 and now love running so much that every Saturday morning I'm at the start line for Parkrun and typically run 3-4 times a week.

On 2nd April 2023, I’ll be taking part in my first official Half Marathon, running the London Landmarks Half Marathon.  The furthest I have previously raced is 10 km and 21 km will therefore be a huge challenge, being over twice the distance.

LSHTM's mission is to improve the health and health equality in the UK and Worldwide. They excel in research and education within this field. Their Scholarship Fund provides the opportunity for students to benefit from gaining a thorough grounding in this vitally important area of research, potentially transforming their futures and in so doing, enhancing their community and country alike.

I’m honoured that I can facilitate in enhancing the outlook for potential students, through raising funds and planting a small seed in shaping their future and that of their community.

LSHTM and myself would be very grateful for any donations, however small, that you're able to provide in supporting this venture by donating to LSHTM's Scholarship Fund.

Thank you for taking the time to visit, share and donating to my page, if able.
