Our dearest catto Khalesi crossed the rainbow bridge on the 26th of April this year. We found out that she had severe anaemia caused by an auto-immune disease (thrombo-cytopenia), and although we did everything we could, we had to say goodbye to our treasure. 

During the course of her treatment that we hoped would keep her with us, we found that she required a blood transfusion. Due to a law change, we were unable to provide her with this transfusion as there is not a cat blood bank in the UK. The Cat Welfare group have set up a cat donor register www.felineregistry.co.uk where you can register your dear catto to help other cats in need of a life saving blood transfusion. We would like to honour Khalesi's memory by raising money to support this worthy cause, as the Cat Welfare group also save hundreds of our little friends every year.
